What's the easiest way to contact CAP?
You can email us at booking@cleanasparadise.com or you can call us at at 718-578-2351 Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM EST.
What's included in your regular house cleaning?
You can visit our services section to see what our standard cleaning includes. Please contact us directly if you want any additional services not listed there. The only things we don’t offer are doing laundry, putting away dishes in cabinets or tackling the outside of your windows.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. You can leave your key in a safe place for us (just specify where when you booking).
Who provides the supplies?
We do. All of our supplies are eco-friendly and smell awesome.
How long will it take to clean my place?
That depends on the size and condition of your place. We clean most homes in two to three hours.
What are your hours?
Typically, we do our first cleaning at 8am and our last cleaning at 5pm, Monday through Saturday. If you need something different than that, feel free to call us at 718-578-2351 to discuss your needs.
How do I change or cancel my cleaning?
Send us an email at booking@cleanasparadise.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, and we’ll take care of it. If you need to cancel last minute (e.g. with less than 24 hours before your cleaning), we will charge a $25 fee.
I want to sign up for recurring cleanings. What's the easiest way?
Just go to Book Your Cleaning and chose a weekly, biweekly or monthly service. You’ll get a discount on each cleaning if you sign up for recurring, and you can cancel your subscription anytime.
